Hi, I am Kourtney! I am a self-taught Baker who is passionate about pie. With the help from my husband Rodrigo we have created With Love, From Scratch. In 2011 a friend of mine was getting married. She asked me if I knew of a place in Orange County that baked great pies. After searching around a bit, I could not find a unique pie shop to cater her wedding. That is how With Love, From Scratch came about. Giving Orange County the best pie it deserves.
Everything is handmade from scratch and never frozen. Our pie crusts are mixed in small batches and blind baked off to ensure you will never find a soggy bottom crust. We shop local farmers markets and small family owned produce stands for all of our fruit fillings. Strongly believing the natural sugar within the freshest fruits are what makes our pies not too sweet and syrupy. We pour an equal amount of care into the grains we use in our dough sourcing local California Wheat & milling ourselves.
